László studied at the Technical University of Budapest, Faculty of Architecture and graduated in 1979.
He had joined KÖZTI as a junior structural designer in 1979 and worked as a senior structural designer between 1986-1993, mostly on healthcare projects. He was the manager of KÖZTI’s Nigerian office in 1989. He worked as the head of KÖZTI’s marketing department between 1991-1993. After KÖZTI was privatized, he became chairman of the supervisory committee in 1991-1993, a member of the board of directors in 1993-1996, chairman of the board in 1996-1997. He has been a member of the board again since 1997. He was promoted deputy managing director in 1996, then from 2003 to his retirement in 2021, he was the managing director of KÖZTI. László has been helping the work of the new management as an advisor since then.
