In phase 9, two ground floor+3 floors superstructures have been designed to be built above a common basement; the buildings follow the floor plan system of the buildings designed and built in the previous phases. The buildings accommodate 38 and 34 apartments respectively, with the apartment mix specified in the design program. There are two commercial units on the ground floor of one of the buildings and a common garage in the basement. The stairs are located outdoors, but roofed and screened against the rain by louvres. The ground floor apartments have separate private gardens with terraces, the upper floor apartments have balconies. The two building units are connected by single-storey arcades on the north and south sides, which increase the intimacy of the garden between the buildings. The facades are divided by horizontal plastered strips in front of the slabs on each floor. The balconies and terraces have glass parapets fixed at the bottom, and the windows and doors are shaded with external aluminum roller shutters. Solar panels can be installed on the flat roofs as an alternative energy source.
In phase 10, two ground floor+3 floors superstructures have been designed to be built above a common basement, one of them with almost square, the other with rectangular floor plan. The buildings accommodate 31 and 30 apartments respectively, and a common garage in the basement. There are roofed external staircases screened by glass louvres. The ground floor apartments have separate private gardens with terraces, the upper floor apartments have balconies. The two building units are connected by single-storey arcades, the area between the buildings functions as an interior garden. The facades feature different structured plastered and painted surfaces, the variously placed balconies have glass parapets that are fixed at the bottom.
