The office building, located along the final, joint section of the M1 and M7 highways leading in to Budapest, has been built for tennants arriving from the west, who can arrange their business meetings here, avoiding the city traffic. Besides the offices, the five storey building accommodates a showroom and meeting rooms as well.
The office building has been built close to the final, joint section of the M1 and M7 highways, it is located between Budaörsi Road and the railway tracks. There is an access road connected to the busy Budaörsi Road. Parking for the tennants and the staff is provided in the two basements. Besides the lobby, reception and service rooms, there is also a showroom on the ground floor, visitors can park their car in the guest parking lot in front of the building. The elevators and the staircase, the toilets and the service rooms are located at the core of the building, the offices and the meeting rooms occupy the well-lit outer ring. The office building welcomes different tenants on each floor. The offices on the 5th floor have a large terrace with a panoramic view. The building is clad with grey Czech sand-lime brick laid with a textured surface, it has glazed aluminium curtain-wall structures, doors and windows.
The original layout concept proposed to build more office buildings on other parts of the plot.
