The building consists of a three-storey office wing and an adjoining high-bay warehouse. It has been designed with consideration to the basic design standards of the LG company and the regulations laid down in the detailed development plan of the neighbourhood.
The office and warehouse complex of the Hungarian trade representative of the LG company (at the time of design Gold Star LG Electronics) is located in an area bordered by Könyves Kálmán Boulevard, Mester Street and Fék Street, close to Rákóczi Bridge. The plot has been filled, there are steep slopes at the northern and western boundaries. The main facade of the building is parallel with Könyves Kálmán Boulevard. There is a three-storey office wing on the street front, with a circular, glass bastion-like structure on the roof, hiding the air-conditioning plant. The entrance is from the boulevard. The ground floor accommodates a large showroom, there are open plan workspaces and service areas on the upper floors.
The large hall with two naves, behind the office wing, is a high-bay warehouse, complete with the necessary service areas, offices, changing rooms and mechanical rooms. The trucks access the loading ramps of the warehouse from Fék Street. As the warehouse is a duty-free zone, it had to be fenced, with a chain-link fence hidden within a trimmed hedge on the boulevard side and welded mesh on the back side. There is a separate gate house, accommodating the transformer as well, at the service entrance.
The building has prefabricated reinforced concrete structure. Natural light is provided through aluminium windows in the office wing and skylights in the warehouse. The office building has small metal tile cladding, the warehouse is clad with large metal sheet panels, both in white colour.
