KÖZTI has designed the next residential building of the BudaPart quarter, BRI, to be built next to the central park.
The newest building of BudaPart will be built right next to the central park, thus offering its residents a special balance of proximity to nature and urban comfort. The eight-story, 178-apartment building will accommodate homes between 30 and 145 m² with private balconies. The development aims to create an integrated, livable neighborhood, where green and urban elements are harmoniously connected.
