László studied at the Technical University of Budapest, Faculty of Architecture and graduated with honours in 1979. He attended the post-graduate Master School of the Association of Hungarian Architects in 1982-1984.
He joined KÖZTI in 1979 and started to work at Lajos Horváth’s studio. He got his senior architect appointment in 1984 and his own studio in 1989. He has been a member of the board of directors since 1992. He retired in 2019.
His most important projects were healthcare institutions, but he designed residential, commercial and industrial buildings as well. These include the development of the Szolnok Hospital for many years, with several buildings; new buildings at the Győr Hospital, Dunaújváros Hospital and Jászberény Hospital and the reconstruction of the Kandó Students’ Hostel.
