Tamás studied at the Technical University of Budapest, Faculty of Architecture and graduated with honours in 1989. He attended the post-graduate Master School of the Association of Hungarian Architects in 1994-1996.
He joined KÖZTI in 1989 and worked at Miklós Marosi’s studio. He spent a year in Finland, at the studio of architect Jorma Salmankivi. After he came home, he worked at different design offices between 1993-2007. He got his senior architect appointment in 1996.
He returned to KÖZTI in 2007 and he has been working at Zoltán Tima’s studio since then. He has been project lead architect since 2021.
Tamás has worked on many important projects as an associate, senior or project architect, including the Liszt Ferenc International Airport SkyCourt and T2B Pier, the reconstruction of Kossuth Square, the Diagnostic Centre of the Sopron Teaching Hospital, the Fertő Part development project and the reconstruction of the Uzsoki Street Hospital. He is the recipient of several professional awards.
