Mónika studied at the Gyöngyös College of the Gödöllő University of Agricultural Sciences and got her degree as an economist majoring in finance, in 1998. She continued her studies between 2004-2006 at the ELTE Institute for Postgraduate Legal Studies and graduated with a legal diploma in 2007.
She worked as a financial administrator at her own firm between 1998-2000.
She joined KÖZTI in 2000 as a financial administrator. She was promoted head of the financial department in 2015, she is head of finance at KÖZTI from 2021.
Mónika has managed the preliminary arrangements of major projects, helped the public procurement tenders and she controls the financial processes at KÖZTI.
