Gábor studied at the Pázmány Péter Catholic University, Faculty of Law and Political Sciences and graduated in 2004. During his studies he spent a semester at the University of Innsbruck, Faculty of Lawe and another semester at the Catholic University of Nijmegen, Faculty of Law.
From 2004 he worked first as a paralegal, then after passing the bar exam, as an associate in the law office of dr. Patay Géza. He worked at the Smaraglay Attorneys at Law in association with dr. Patay Géza starting from 2012. Besides his activity as an attorney, he was also accredited legal consultant in the field of public procurement between 2017-2019 and 2020-2021.
He has been co-author of the publication „Law of public procurement, commentary for its practical application” since 2009. He has been a visiting lecturer at the Hungarian Chamber of Engineers since 2015 and he has also been a lecturer at the post-graduate Master School on Investment Management of the HCE since 2019.
Gábor was the attorney of KÖZTI between 2013-2021. He has been managing director of KÖZTI and a member of the board since 2021.
